Janell Blackmer is responsible for grant, contract, and budget development and management at NWCPHP. She supervises the NWCPHP administrative team, and assists the Director with administrative day-to-day operations and personnel matters for the Center. In addition, Janell is the program director for the Public Health Management Certificate.
Janell has worked with NWCPHP since 2001. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Mathematics from the University of Washington.
