Shay Bluemer-Miroite, is an instructor in NWCPHP's Public Health Management Certificate program.
In addition to her work with NWCPHP, Shay is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Ensemble Impact LLC, bringing over 15 years of expertise in leveraging data to enhance programs and systems. Her ability to design inclusive environments prioritizes the voices and expertise of individuals often marginalized by existing systems, translating their insights into actionable strategies. Her strategic approach to program design and development emphasizes human-centered design, fostering collaborative partnerships and driving continuous improvement.
A Michigan native, Shay has resided in Seattle, WA for over 15 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in French and Environmental Science from Western Michigan University.
