In recent years, public health has seen a large number of young professionals entering the field. With fewer mentors due to significant turnover during the COVID-19 pandemic, and an increasing number of senior employees leaving the workforce, this has created challenging conditions for new staff as they settle into their roles.
In this hour-long webinar, Brooke Ambrose, Emma Diffendal, Malcolm Clay, and Tia Benally will offer their personal perspectives on how they have remained resilient and found opportunities for growth in their careers. By the end of the webinar, participants will better understand some of the challenges that new public health professionals face and consider ways to support early career staff in public health organizations of all sizes.
Register today to learn how new public health professionals are navigating today’s changing workforce.
