In this one-hour webinar, Kuyl explains how her large health department decided that closing their clinics and transitioning services for sexually transmitted infections, family planning, and immunizations to local health centers would better promote health equity. She will discuss lessons learned about strategies at critical planning and implementation stages, including identifying organizational values, assessing community readiness, communicating to stakeholders, and addressing staffing changes. She will also share strategies for evaluating this type of large organizational change.
