Aric Ho is a facilitator of peer-feedback learning sessions in NWCPHP's Public Health Management Certificate. Aric helps people and organizations foster a culture that promotes equity and belonging, creates psychological safety, and challenges them to do better. He strives to create a world where people, organizations, and the planet can thrive and live in infinite potential.
In addition to his work with NWCPHP, Aric is the Director of Strategy & Operations at UW Medicine Office of Healthcare Equity. Aric's previous experience in a myriad of industries (healthcare, tech, retail, non-profits, and government) has equipped him with the ability to rapidly work at both a strategic and operational level. Now he uses his diverse perspectives to help people and organizations perform their best by connecting their heads and hands with their hearts.
