Public health has never been as visible, as fundamental, or as misunderstood as it is now. While Americans believe public health agencies are important, there is also a lack of trust in key public health institutions that is necessary to address today’s and future challenges. Better understanding how to transform and modernize our public health practices is essential to rebuilding trust and supporting effective public health practices.
The May session of Hot Topics in Practice will share resources from the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) about how public health organizations can leverage opportunities and support to modernize and transform their public health practices.
